Driving the future of healthcare as a keynote speaker and author. 
 

I draw on my experience in data, policy, and human-centered design to shift the conversation on the future of AI in healthcare and medicine. With a focus on healthtech and consumer technology, my work brings unique value to discussions on innovation, AI transformation, data governance, and women's health.

Officially, I’ve spent my career shaping national healthcare legislation and public policy, as well as how data and technology are governed and applied across health systems. I led the creation of the industry’s first Women’s Health Technology Standards, establishing a framework for all technologies that impact women’s health and well-being  (beyond reproductive health), and founded one of the first women’s health data companies.

Unofficially, I’ve spent more than two decades helping policymakers, healthcare and technology executives, and impact leaders understand, plan, and prepare for the transformation underway due to the explosive growth of health and biometric data, technological advancement, and the rise of artificial intelligence in healthcare and medicine.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that even when leaders are committed to AI and business transformation, they often start their journey miss understanding the core of it all - the data.

As a speaker, author, and advisor, my goal is to help make a better future possible, by helping organizations understand not just what technology and AI can do, but what they should do with representative and responsible data.
